Recycling Bakery Packaging

Audlem Guides now collect ALL brands of bakery (and other!) packaging.

So if you eat sliced bread, crumpets, bagels, teacakes, pitta breads, tortillas, baguettes or anything similar, please save the bags, packaging and closure tags.

Place in any box outside the Scout and Guide Hall.

Thank you and as ever your rubbish generates cash for charity.

Also, when I signed up to Terracycle I never imagined I could make a difference.

Instead 100's of kilos of waste have been diverted from landfill or incineration in Audlem alone.

So if you've not managed to switch away from all single use plastic, please join us by recycling those hard to recycle plastics.

Audlem now offers 5 Terracycle schemes with the collection boxes outside Audlem Scout and Guide Hall.

These are Walkers, Colgate, Cathedral City, Pladis and Warburtons.
