Public Hall Bookings

With increasing activity at the Town Hall and Annexe, our Room Hire Co-ordinator (Lorna Matthews) is moving to a regular set of office hours. Lorna, and the Hall Management Committee, believe that this will provide more structure and help to improve the service that both prospective and existing hall users receive.

Snooker and gym

Please note that queries about booking and using the snooker room should be addressed to Geoff Stretch on01270-811011, and the dedicated telephone for queries about the gym and its membership is 07742-447554

Bookings office hours

After December 4th, Lorna expects to be available at the Hall office and to be able to to respond to telephone enquiries at the following times.

• Mondays, 11am to 2pm
• Thursdays 1pm to 4pm

Outside these times she will sometimes be able to answer the phone immediately, but otherwise the phone has a recording service, and Lorna will respond as quickly as she can to messages left on this phone.
