£840 raised for St Luke's Hospice

Peter Morgan writes: "Many thanks to all those who helped in any way, buying or providing, for the St. Luke's Hospice Christmas stall under the Buttermarket last Saturday morning. Also, many thanks to Steve at the Lord Combermere for allowing us use of the premises where Susie provided coffee and Ralph eased the wear and tear on trouser pockets with his whisky trail.

"The combined efforts brought in a very respectable total of £839.58. Thank you and good health to all."
