The Park View Business Centre (PVBC) is looking to fill two positions.


The first position we are seeking is a Salesperson, who is likely to be more home based, but working in South Cheshire / North Shropshire and the second is an additional Companion to work in the office at PVBC.


In each case, we are looking for the more experienced person (45+ and 60+ respectively) as they will have a better affinity with the Customers (likely to be 70+).


#Sales Representative
Reports to: Team Leader/Director


Responsibilities, Values, Behaviours and Capabilities:



  • To generate new leads for new Customers.

  • To visit, and convert leads into Customers in their own homes

  • To obtain completed paper work, signed contract and billing details and submit to the office on a timely basis.

  • To re visit, set up and demonstrate equipment to new users as they go live.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Customers

  • Maintain confidentiality

  • Respond appropriately to urgent situations

  • To record information as required onto Company Data base and ensure data base is kept up to date at all time.

  • To work within company policy and procedures

  • To participate in all training requirements for the job role and attend relevant meetings

  • To undertake other duties as requested

  • To treat Customers and colleagues with dignity and respect

  • To ensure highest standard of support and conversation is given to enhance the quality of the Customer's life

  • Show empathy through each contact with the Customer

  • To act in a professional manner

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Able to work on own initiative

  • Demonstrate a caring nature

  • Demonstrate empathy

  • Excellent time keeping

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Demonstrate continuous improvement through own learning and development

  • Have access to own reliable transport

  • Ability to present to groups


Basic understanding of the technical aspects of the service we offer with the ability to demonstrate hardware, install and instruct customers on how to use.

Work flexiblehours.

Have commercial awareness and be able to build prospect database to discuss
the opportunity.


#Companion
Reports to: Team Leader/Director

Objective: To provide voice and visual SKYPE calls to customers to enhance
their quality of life.

Responsibilities, Values & Behaviours and Capabilities:



  • Conduct voice and visual calls to Customers within agreed service standard and in line with service agreement

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Customers

  • Maintain confidentiality

  • To support and encourage customers to pursue interests, activities and hobbies to help them develop their social needs

  • Manage daily work flows to ensure calls are made within agreed time frames

  • Respond appropriately to urgent situations

  • To work within company policy and procedures

  • To capture accurate customer data to build Profile

  • To voice new ideas regarding process improvements

  • To participate in all training requirements for the job role and attend relevant meetings

  • To assist with providing Sales Reps with qualified leads through desk research

  • Assist with identifying prospects and liase with Sales Rep(s)

  • To undertake other duties as requested

  • To treat Customers and colleagues with dignity and respect

  • To ensure highest standard of support and conversation is given to enhance the quality of the Customer's life

  • Show empathy through each call made to the Customer

  • To act in a professional manner

  • Excellent communication skills
