An EIA (environmental impact assessment) has ben submitted to Cheshire East Council in relation to a proposed new housing estate of 133 houses on land just west of Moorsfield Avenue.
The official application can be seen here on the Cheshire East website, apparently with an end date for consultation of March 6th – just 3 weeks away.
