Planning Comments by March 6th

Apologies – early versions of this article were headlined March 8th not March 6th as it should be.

Planning Application 22/0111N

A reminder that comments to the proposed planning application 22/0111N on the field off the A529 Hankelow to Audlem road, by Mill Lane, should be submitted by 6th March 2022.

There is currently a U1 exemption on the field awarded by the Environment Agency in October 2021, making allowance for a tonnage restricted WASTE operation. This WASTE operation reflects one aspect of the current and intended use of this land.

The WASTE OPERATION has not featured in the planning application.
