Planning Application by Tabley Homes

Ed: normally this application would be considered by the Parish Council who would listen to inputs from residents. However there is unlikely to be a PC meeting when residents can comment on this application before the last week in May.We are therefore posting this item so that residents can send their comments directly to Cheshire East

Tabley Homes (Audlem) limited have posted information near the Heathfield development for 24 homes in a field across the road from Heathfield.

Planning Application number 22/1302N at www.cheshireeast.gov.uk.

I wish to bring this to the attention of Audlem residents.

The application appears to breach many of the policies in the Audlem Development Plan, not least because the proposed development plan is outside the existing settlement area.
