Just to bring everyone's attention to it. Tabley Homes (Audlem) Ltd have a planning proposal with Cheshire East for 24 new homes in a field opposite the "Anwyl" development. This proposal contravenes the Audlem Neighbourhood Plan (ANP) in many ways. The ANP was, approved by Cheshire East.
The deadline for comments is, according to the Cheshire East Planning Portal, June 1st.
