Pilates class tomorrow

A reminder that from tomorrow, Saturday 24th November, Alex will be taking over the Pilates at the Scout and Guide Hall at the new time of 10.00am (just the one class).

All are welcome to this multi-level, mixed ability class at a cost of £5 per person (pay as you go basis). 

If possible, please bring your own exercise mat, small towel, bottle of water and wear loose, non-restrictive clothing.

After receiving such a warm welcome from the regulars at Rebecca's surprise leaving party, Alex says she is very happy to be taking over. 

The classes have been very popular over the past three years and although she will be sadly missed, all wish Rebecca well in her move back down to London.
