Pilates class on Saturday

I now run a Saturday pilates class in the Scout & Guide Hall. It's at 10.30am and classes will be each Saturday.

My class is aimed at all levels, ages, those with injuries or who just want to improve their mobility, strength and fitness.

The classes last for 1 hour, and the cost is £5 per class – I will be arranging a deduction for those paying for ten sessions.

I'm also available for group classes in your home with friends, or for private sessions. I teach pilates – both mat and with equipment – am a therapeutic masseur and cranio-sacral therapist. I now live in Audlem.
