Picture Slide Puzzle

Our new daily puzzle – the Slide Picture Puzzle – has proved very popular. So much so that there is now a direct link from the Homepage photograph to the puzzle. Simply click on 'Puzzle' below the photograph on the Homepage.

It's an online version of the popular childhood puzzle. Click & drag the blank square on the right of the picture over any adjacent tile to rebuild today's Audlem Online homepage picture, which has been randomly rearranged. Today, you can set about rebuilding the Bo'tique in Shropshire Street.

The extra square to the right hand side can be exchanged with any of the tiles in the right-hand column – you choose as this can make the puzzle easier or more difficult. There's a scoreboard above which tells you how many moves you've had and a 'Restart' facility if you want to go back to Square One. Or you can 'Undo' individual moves rather than going back to the very beginning.

The random nature of the picture's rearrangement also means the difficulty, and the number of moves required, varies from day to day. We should add a Health Warning – this game is seriously addictive!
