Picture framing in Audlem

A recent addition to the long list of local businesses in Audlem is Local Colour Framing. The company offers a high quality bespoke picture framing service to the surrounding areas of Cheshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire. Run by Adrian Cope, the company now has a very useful new website.

Adrian says: "We have experience in framing all types of original artwork, prints and photography, along with all kinds of embroidery and collectibles. We can also cater for all types of glazing requirements, including standard float glass, non-reflectives, abrasion resistant, UV protection and acrylics."

He adds: "Everything from standard picture glass to museum quality glazing solutions. Come in and see the difference that a quality glass can make to your artwork!"

Adrian is an accomplished artist himself and works in a variety of media, including oils, acrylics and watercolours. A selection of contemporary and traditional paintings is included for viewing on his website. These include landscapes and abstract works. Our illustration is one of the abstracts titled Fissure, textured acrylic on canvas – approximately 50cm x 61cm.

Audlem has been long known for its artistic and musical talent. It's good to know that pool of talent is growing – and with the added bonus of a local framing service.
