Perfect recipes for a Bank Holiday BBQ

It's not long now until the Audlem festival begins. Rose Petals and Rice has teamed up with Oxtail and Trotter to bring you some wonderful cookery demonstrations over the bank holiday weekend.

We'll be showing you how to make tomato and chilli rump steak skewers on Saturday and how to make Tandoori chicken on Monday. Both products will also be available from Oxtail and Trotter's counter for purchase.
