A reminder that applications are now being sought for two new members of the Audlem Medical Practice Patient Panel as the group believe it is important that membership is rotated. The Patient Panel was formed two years ago with seven members.

There's been an excellent response so far but applications will be accepted until 15th May.

If you are interested, please let the Practice Manager at the Medical Practice know. For contact details, click on the Audlem Medical Practice link below the photo. The Panel meets quarterly at the Medical Practice.

Audlem Patient PanelThe Audlem Patient Panel is made up of volunteers, of all ages, who are patients of the Practice.

What we do

The panel passes on information from patients to the Practice and receives feedback from the Doctors and Staff. New services proposed by the Practice are discussed with the Panel before they are implemented.

What can you do?

If you have any comments or suggestions on how to improve patient care at Audlem Medical Practice, you can telephone or email one of the panel members or leave messages on a suggestion sheet with staff in reception, or email: audlem.repeatscripts@nhs.net">audlem.repeatscripts@nhs.net
What happens then?

A Panel member will contact you, or act on your behalf if you wish to remain anonymous. Personal medical problems should be discussed directly with Practice staff, not with Panel members.
