Dear Residents,
We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to address an issue regarding the announcement of the cancellation of our October meeting, which unfortunately was not published on the APC website as intended. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
Despite our efforts to post the notice, it appears there was a technical issue preventing its publication. The decision to cancel the meeting was made to allow our new locum Parish Clerk adequate time to familiarize themselves with ongoing matters and responsibilities. The current council has inherited several issues that require time for the locum Parish Clerk to understand, as well as inform third parties regarding their position as the new APC clerk, such as the ongoing police investigation.
We assure you that we are diligently working towards rebuilding APC with new councillors and a renewed commitment to transparency and progress. Your patience and understanding during this transitional period are greatly appreciated.
