Parish Council Meeting

The Parish Council will be meeting on Monday 15th June at 7.30pm online via Zoom. If you wish to join please email the Parish Clerk for joining instructions at parishcouncil@audlempc.co.uk

This is the Annual Parish Council Meeting where the Chairperson and Vice Chair will be elected. We will reviewing our existing policies and be appointing members to council committees, working groups and as representatives to outside bodies such as PPG group, Police meetings, ADCA, ADAS, AWEG and ADAPT.

Highlights for discussion this month include

Longhill Moss
This is an asset that is managed by the Parish Council and is located along Longhill Lane. The Parish Council will be discussing how to manage the moss going forward.
Grants
We will be discussing the following grant requests:
Audlem Indoor Bowling Group Grant Application for £1,500.
Wheelyboat Grant Application for £1,500
ADAS grant application for £500.

Other

We will also be discussing the current situation regarding the public conveniences, resolving to conduct a full CCTV review, a new location for Royal Mail post box, accepting Councillor resignations and resolving to advertise Councillor vacancies.
