Williams of Audlem

This shop is located at Audlem Square
It's windows are never ever bare,
They sparkle and glow with goods to buy,
Go on in give them a try

There's purses and candles and chocolate too
Even a brush for cleaning the loo!
The stock is varied and a very good price
And the cards in there are extremely nice

The decor and lighting I think are brill
And they've even got a famous till
It's been on telly don't you know
On BBC were Judy and co!

There's always banter and a friendly smile,
The staff always go the extra mile,
Logs and coal they will carry out for you,
There's not a lot they won't do,

Derek's wit and wisdom used to brighten my day,
Even when he was asking me to pay,
Judy is a chip off the old block,
She can even make me laugh when choosing a sock!

Early morning papers you can buy from 6,
They are still open at 5 if you need some sticks,
There's only one thing left to say,
Williams'- enjoy your day off on Christmas Day!
