Paddock to let

We moved into the village in August.  We're a family of three with another little one due today(!).

The paddock next to our house in Monks Lane used to be home to two donkeys which we think were quite well known in the area.  They have had to go back to the donkey sanctuary as we were sadly unable to offer the time to look after them properly.

We would, however love to rent the paddock out for ponies/ donkeys/ small horses or even sheep if it's big enough.  It's approximately 1 acre, fairly flat and fenced and hedged all around.

There is a stable block which looks like it used to be in two sections, but one door is blocked up and is now one room inside.  There is an outside tap fairly close by which we can run a hose from temporarily, but we plan to install a water pipe to the stable block at the end of the month so that there will be an outside tap attached to the stables. There is also a water butt on the side.

There is a small shed next door which someone could use as storage.  There is a small area of hard standing in front of it too.  There isn't any electricity unfortunately.

We would be happy to rent the paddock for DIY livery or simply grazing.  We are just on the outskirts of Audlem, about half a mile from the village.

We would be happy if anyone would like to come and view the paddock.  It's probably easiest it you contact us via email, hiraeth_@hotmail.com.
