I have just spotted the Crewe & Nantwich Community Awards, who have open nominations for:-

Local Volunteer of the Year
Do you know someone who has been volunteering at a local community group or helps out in some other way?  Perhaps they volunteer at a charity shop or help at a local children's group.

Local Fundraiser of the Year
Has someone that you know raised money for charity?  It can be any amount of money, or been raised in any way.

Young Person of the Year
There are many young people 18 in the Crewe and Nantwich area who don't get the credit they deserve for all that they do in the community.  There are young carers, young fundraisers and young heroes.

Achievement of the Year
We've had an amazing year for local achievements.  This is the category for people who have overcome a difficulty against all odds, or a sporting achievement for local teams and athletes.

Long Service to the Community
This is the category where you get the opportunity to say thank you to those people who have been in the community working hard for years and years.  The ones that normally go unnoticed, but the ones that get relied on, again and again.

We are truly blessed in Audlem with so many amazing individuals and groups striving to make Audlem such a vibrant place to live and visit.

Wouldn't it be fabulous if our community rallied together, nominated our various groups and the longer serving individuals to the community and brought some of these awards back to Audlem!
