NHS Anniversary – A Tribute

Our brave NHS fought this pandemic, with passion and with pride..

Tending the sick no matter who, putting their own danger to one side..

Without their care and devotion, we would never have made it through..

We as a country will always be so grateful, for everything that they do..,

Long weary hours they did work, putting our welfare at the fore..

Giving all their time and caring, till they could give no more..

So much care and compassion, they gave their healing touch..

Angels of mercy everyone of them, we owe them so very much..

We should never ever forget them, they are all so very brave..

They stood up and were counted, and was seen by what they gave..
