Next Wednesday Wanderers

The next Wednesday Wanderers Walk (ARS) is on the 22nd July, and will be led by Kate McKennan. Meeting time is 09.30 a.m. in the Town Hall Car Park.

The route of the walk from the Car Park will be heading towards Monks Lane and taking the Bridle Path to Bunsley Bank, then joining Longhill Lane until reaching the main Woore Road and then crossing into Kettle Lane. Onwards to Bagley Lane, then to Sandy Lane, then across fields to Vicarage Lane and back to the Car Park or Shroppie Fly.

The distance of the walk is approximately 5 miles.

NB. All walkers must have suitable footwear and be prepared for adverse weather, carry food and water to last for the entire walk and be suitably fit for the various lengths of walk.

Each walk is led by a nominated leader who will carry some first-aid equipment. The leader has the right to refuse to include in a group anyone who is felt not be adequately equipped.

Non-members of Audlem Rambling Society (ARS) are welcome to come on a walk but are expected to join ARS and pay the membership fee after a trial walk or two.
