For the last year or so, Rob Collins (who is a member of the Public Hall Management Committee) has been developing a new website for the Public Hall.
Much of the public content has been transferred from the old website, but a whole new dimension has been added to allow us to control bookings and invoicing much better than before.
A lot of this processing is restricted to members of the Committee with administrative roles to play (e.g. particularly the bookings co-ordinator and the treasurer).
However what is directly available to the outside world is the calendar of bookings, so that when events are scheduled to occur, and when the Hall is free for other bookings can easily be seen. As well as this, details of organisations holding these events can be seen, as long as the organisers have provided them to us.
The links on AudlemOnline to the Public Hall and Community Gym websites have been changed to go to this new website.
