New Pilates Classes in Audlem

Classes are aimed at active retired age groups ideally -- who would like to keep supple and strong in later life. To be held at Audlem Public Hall. Please bring a mat with you.

Lynne also runs classes nearby in Nantwich, on Fridays 9.45 am and also Mondays 11.45am.
