Indian Dreams which replaces Sylhet Lodge, on Audlem Road in Hankelow, is holding its grand opening on what was originally the site of the White Lion pub on Sunday 22 November. With private parking for 40 vehicles, the restaurant can cater for up to 110 people. Special occasions are catered for, the premises are fully licensed, and there is a 10% discount off restaurant prices for takeaways.

The restaurant offers quality food which is cooked and prepared fresh each day. The menu includes all the Indian classics – Tikka, Madras, Dupiaza, Dansak, Sagwala, Rogan, Pathia, Bhuna and Kurma dishes – plus many less well-known dishes. There's a wide range of starters, vegetable dishes, tandoori breads, and a selection of English Dishes.

Indian Dreams will be open 7 days a week, including Bank Holidays from 6.00pm – 10.30pm Sunday to Thursday, and until 11.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
