New FineFoodies Deli

Welcome to the latest exciting new business in the village

FineFoodies Deli is owned and run by a local family of Mum, Ann Boyden, Daughter Clare Lovatt, Husband Adam Lovatt and children Jasmine and Deklan.They are supported by staff from the previous owners Sonia and French cook Ann.

Ann(Mum) has extensive experience in the industry having worked for Patchwork International Foods and travelled extensively to Food festivals around the country.Clare has a business degree in hospitality and is also currently a nurse in outpatients and Adam also works for Booker Retail.

Ann is the creative spirit in the business and Clare the financial/ business expert.
Adam in addition to his "day" job is the practical man, having personally constructed the shop fittings and furniture following the major refurbishment of the premises last autumn after they acquired the business and premises in November.

Jasmine is a graphic designer currently at South Cheshire College and Deklan is hoping to go there when he finishes his GCSE's this year. Both help in the Deli at weekends.

Ann has been in the village for some 15 years whilst Clare and Adam had their first date in the square and wedding in a "winter wonderland" marquee in the Public hall.The family now live on the premises – so a true local family business.

The Deli is currently open six days a week but will also be opening on a Sunday from Easter from 10.30am – 4.30pm

Snapes bread is available fresh every day and customers can order bread for collection from the Deli. A delicious range of cakes and scones are available fresh daily.
Sandwiches and light meals are available with a specials board which changes every day. Highly recommended is the hot pulled beef bap with caramalised onions.

A range of cheeses and ham are available and a special favourite are the roll mops and olives and savour the delicious aroma of freshly brewed coffee as you enter the shop.

Ann and Clare have an extensive range of high quality handmade and locally produced products and these are examples of just a few

• Frobisher range of pure fruit juice from Oswestry
• A range of non alcoholic wines and fruit juices by Belvoir
• A special range of vegetable crisps including some whole vegetable crisps by Emily
• Cawstons drink range including genuine Ginger Beer
• An extensive range of herbs and spices

Ann and Clare will be offering a "Picnic in a bag" bag hampers for the Party on the Park which customers will need to pre order.
