New Book on Audlem Locks

Due to arrive at Audlem Mill on Friday 30 April, our new book features a fully illustrated conducted walk up the Audlem flight of 15 locks, starting at the aqueduct over the river Weaver, and finishing at the county boundary just beyond bridge 74, a total distance of about two miles.

Learn more about the Shropshire Union Canal, its history, and the locks and canal related buildings. Lots of current and historical photos, with detailed commentary by Peter Silvester from Audlem Mill.
