A new leaflet features six local walks that have been published on Audlem Online. Copies of the leaflet are available in a selection of village shops including the Post Office; Williams' newsagents in the Tourist Information section of the shop; the Mill Shop; the Old Priest House and the Coffee Lounge next to the Salad Bowl. If any other businesses would like a supply of the leaflets, please contact the webteam and we will arrange a delivery.

The leaflet features maps drawn by Chris Elliott and the front cover is a montage of photographs by Phil Baker, Simon Cotter, Ken Maple and Mike Mason. The design is by Delmar Press of Nantwich who also printed the leaflets. Funding was by the Countryside Access unit of Cheshire County Council although, as well as the Audlem logo, they carry the logo of the new Cheshire East council that comes into force in just over three weeks time.

The walks range from short circular walks of a mile to longer expeditions of six miles that will take up to three hours. All start from the Square in Audlem and include stretches of the Shropshire Union canal towpath which is now also the southern part of the Weaver Way.
