New appointment system

Message from Audlem Medical Practice

For some years now we have run a triage system to enable people with urgent problems to speak with and, if required, be seen by a doctor on the same day.

However, along with many areas of the NHS we are finding that there is an increased demand for immediate service and as such our current system is no longer practical. From 2nd July 2018 we will be moving to a new system which we hope will make our doctors more accessible to patients with routine problems and provide urgent appointments on the same day for patients with acute problems.

Please bear with us during the transition period and understand that our receptionists will need to ask you some questions so they can ensure you get the right appointment for your needs.
