Nantwich Players are delighted to present The Tempest by William Shakespeare, one of the Bard’s final and most enchanting works. This bold and imaginative production, directed by Garth Jones, runs from Friday 27th June – Saturday 5th July 2025, with performances starting at 7:45pm.

Vintage Shakespeare, where old enmities are confronted, new romances blossom, and comic and serious plots intertwine. Set on a South Pacific island that Shakespeare had never seen but vividly imagined, the play featured mythical creatures, music, and dance, reflecting the spirit of exploration of the time.

The Tempest is a captivating blend of drama, comedy, and fantasy – perfect for both Shakespeare lovers and newcomers alike.
