Music Festival Planning begins

This week the Festival team met to discuss the new year of 2016. And to decide if we carry on with what is accepted generally as the biggest free such festival and event for miles.

We will put on another fine show – our 16th – on the dates May 26th to May 30th. We are aiming to have the widest tastes of music covered to please all who come to enjoy the spectacle.

We are hopeful of increasing the Art Element – particularly now that there is a large and growing local enthusiasm is building in art. Also a bigger input of poetry with thoughts of an expanded workshop and greater exposure.We feel sure that we will get the major support of the three hostelries here and also that of all our supporters and major sponsors.
