A Month or so ago AudlemOnline published a stunning photograph by Shaugna Warburton. This was spotted by Martin Rocke from near Chester who organised a walking party to view them

He recently wrote
"As a result of your posting of my starling murmuration enquiry, I got information which took us straight to the site.
We walked on 21st February, having left cars at Dagfields, we walked from the car park in Audlem onto the canal, then to Moblake, Buerton, Brown Moss, Hunsterson and back for tea at Dagfields where we were treated to a wonderful spectacle by the starlings- a great success!

En-route, and as a bonus, we also saw two Little Egrets near Brown Moss!
We were most impressed by Audlem, and plan to do another walk in the area. Thanks again for your help,

With best wishes
Martin Rocke
