This meeting was (with other planning matters) was to discuss the report on the Moorsfield/Tollgate proposal where the recommendation was to refuse the application. To see the report click here and go to P17
Outcome -Muller plan refused
Wednesday, CE's Strategic Planning Board unanimously voted to refuse Muller's application to build 116 properties on the open land behind Moorsfield Avenue and Tollgate Drive.
Statements opposing the proposed development were made by Neil Goldie, on behalf of the Residents' Action Group, Councillor David Lambourne, for the Parish Council and Ward Councillor Rachel Bailey.
