Movember Climax on Friday

During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men’s faces in the UK and around the world. The aim of which is to raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

This charity event reaches its climax in Audlem on Friday evening when the participants take part in the "Big Shave Off" at the Lord Combermere.

This year, their ranks have been joined by a young lady (described by Ralph as "very pretty") whose parents live in Audlem and who has been wearing a moustache of many shapes and sizes all month.

She has raised a total of £1200 for the cause so far, and Ralph has persuaded her to join the event on Friday evening.

So all are welcome to attend on Friday and watch the lads being returned to their (presumably) better-looking selves.
