Moseleyís Yard ñ an update

Muller Development have been in touch to let us know how work is progressing at Moseley's Yard in the centre of the village, and it seems that we will soon have some finished buildings to look at.

The plan is for the sales office to be open by Easter and the fully furnished showhome should be in operation by the end of June.

Construction of the three-bedroomed townhouses (overlooking the canal) is going well and, at present, masonry is rising on all the 10 plots. The first roof frames are due to be put in position this week, subject to weather conditions, and completion of these townhouses is anticipated at the end of June, with first residents in by early July.

For the block of apartments and retail units facing the main road the foundations and floor slabs are expected to be completed by the end of March. The steel frame for the retail units is now in place with anticipated completion of the retail shells by the end of August 2007. The apartments are planned for completion by the end of October, with the anticipated finish of the whole scheme by the end of December 2007.
