An article in last week's Nantwich Chronicle reveals that Audlem villagers now have yet more opportunities to recycle rubbish. In a bid to encourage more recycling in the Borough, two new recycling bins have been added to the recycling centre based on the Public Hall car park. They are for paper-based liquid containers (Tetra pak cartons) and aluminium foil.

Audlem is one of five sites in the Borough that has the new bins. The Council's environment portfolio holder, Councillor John Hammond, said "Residents have always responded well to the different recycling schemes we've implemented, but we've still got some tough targets to meet."

Let's see if Audlem's residents can help.
