More beds and jobs at Corbrook Court

Morris Care has announced that the extension at its Corbrook Court Care Home, just outside Audlem, is due for completion this October. The extension will provide a further 24 beds, in addition to the 21 beds currently available, and each bedroom will be individually decorated and fully furnished with ample room for personal possessions.

The newly constructed extension will be in keeping with the original Edwardian style of building which stands in over 11 acres of grounds, with magnificent views over the rolling Cheshire countryside. The care home provides a wide range of nursing services including respite stays, post-operative convalescence and rehabilitation.

Tim Morris, Director of Morris Care said: "We decided to extend the main building at Corbrook Court in order to meet increasing demand for quality care from the local community and further afield. These additional beds will enable us to provide a wide range of care services to more people and fulfil the growing need for first-rate residential accommodation."

He added: "The development of these new facilities at Corbrook will also provide a requirement for additional members of staff and we will be looking to offer a number of job and career opportunities to people in the Audlem area."

An official launch event will be held at Corbrook Court in October which will provide visitors with the opportunity to view the facilities, have a guided tour of the care home and its grounds and speak to members of staff about the care on offer.
