A "flier" has landed through the letterboxes of many houses in Audlem this week, describing the new estate of around 127 homes proposed by Muller Property Group, to be built on the fields behind Moorsfield Avenue and accessed through Tollgate Drive.
The details can be accessed here , as can the Public Consultation process being carried out by Mullers, described as live from 24th March to 7th April.
It promises to include 30% affordable housing, and also promises creation of a new country park.
