Following Monday's announcement, I am on 'day two' of minimising personal contact due to a member of my immediate family having underlying health issues.
Please be assured that I am continuing my work as your councillor remotely and available as usual via:

As ever the response of Audlem to residents who may be on their own, has been immediate. Roger Millns, kindly updated me yesterday of the local action plan – as is usual I am now urging Cheshire East Council to look at the ADCA model as a way of supporting its community during this pandemic.
All CE councillors received a message last night from Frank Jordan, Acting Chief Executive outlining plans in terms of formal meetings and forthcoming elections in Crewe. I am however, seeking clarification on the following for residents:
1) How and where to source the announced Government support for local businesses.
2) What additional support is available to help with council tax payments.
3) How community groups and volunteers can access data to be sure that their support is reaching all residents in need at this time.
4) That the council formally alert residents to the heightened risk of 'scammers'/'fake websites linked to the pandemic.
Please let me know of any other associated concerns.
I am not yet aware of a Highways plan to address these issues and it continues to rain! However the highways team had kindly agreed to join me on a site visit of Audlem Ward, as this can no longer take place, I am submitting a new full summary to continue the follow up on individual and previous reports made.
These include:
This is in addition to asking for confirmation on the long since promised improved gulley at Corbrook.
Please let me know if you have other sites.
