Mend our Mum update

Yesterday I banked £110 and collected £190 from Overwater marina after a super collection there and their stock of DVDs had reduced quite a bit. Fresh stock given to them.

It looks like we have sold In the order of some 700 Amazing Grace DVDs now. Not bad for a very first venture into such a market.

And to come:

• 1. Hot of the press news, The Shroppie Fly wish to give their support to an event for MOM. Accordingly there will be a 'Full Monty night' on 28th March. A great fun night for all the fit and willing men of the village – all done in the "best possible taste". Music by the Funkbreakers. Just a £5 at the door charge which will include a finger buffet.
• 2. Then, there is to be a MOM Celidh Night in the Public Hall on 14th March with a full Celidh band. All in aid of the MOM campaign and organised by Rachel Lambie. More details later but do make a note in your diary.
