Mend Our Mum DVD update

The planning for the Mend Our Mum DVD – reported earlier on AudlemOnline – is now gathering pace as the Audlem Music Festival Team take on the challenge of recording and filming as many of the social and work-place groups as we can – as they sing to the words of Amazing Grace – all over the next two weeks.

The aim is to have all such complete by the 30th of this month and to then produce the finished article by mid-December, a truly mammoth task, magnificently undertaken by the team.

The finale will be when we ask all who wish to be a part of the DVD, to assemble in the centre of the village on the 29th November for a massed singing of the song on the church mound, a very wonderful event in itself and so perfect for the DVD.
