Memories of the River Weaver?

This message is included in the latest newsletter from Nantwich museum so I thought Audlem residents might like to contribute.

"The Research Group would like to hear about any memories that you have about the River Weaver. This could include childhood memories, perhaps experiences of fishing or memories of when the River has flooded. We are keen to add to our exhibition and learn more about the River too."

I am discussing with Graham Dodd any knowledge we have of salt workings South of Nantwich (e.g. Brinepits farm on Coole lane) prior to his talk on the 16th of this month, so again would welcome any contributions.
