Many of our readers will be aware that the Planning Inspector approved the development of retirement homes on appeal.

Multi-million-pound retirement accommodation in Audlem approved

McCarthy and Stone, the UK's leading retirement housebuilder, has been given the go-ahead to build high-quality, Retirement Living apartments on Audlem Road, Audlem. The project will create up to 120 jobs during the construction phase and represents a multi-million-pound investment in the local area.
