Market Drayton Road Open

AudlemOnline has received several chatbox comments to the effect that the A529 Audlem to Market Drayton road has been reopened.

The schedule according to the Shropshire roadworks website was to last 35 days from 29th October, so they appear to have beaten this schedule by some ten days.

A reader has since pointed out that the original schedule started from 19th October, so perhaps it is not so clever after all.

There are also some rumours reported that further closures (or at least light-controlled sections) are likely in the fairly near future as the work is completed.
