Ready for Christmas ?

Paul Haywood and His Team threw open the doors of the Lord Combermere and welcomed villagers and the surrounding area to this prized hostelry.

Paul who hails from the Black Country is experienced in the hospitality profession currently running three pubs and two cafes in the Cannock Chase and Walsall area.

It has been a hectic time for Paul and front of office staff Dee and Donna as they got ready for the big day and having to contend with plumbing leaks, preparing the pub, recruiting new catering staff and creating new menus ( with lots of feedback !)

The Pub is decorated ready for Halloween – the restaurant is now taking reservations – and Christmas bookings are available.

AudlemOnline went to chat to Paul and staff on the first day and who should be there sampling the wines but ADAS – of course !
