The Lord Combermere Quiz Night

With a well deserved trumpeting of brass horns (imagined) we return to the famous and ever so popular live quizzes on Tuesday.

After 75 weeks of quizzing on line!

The game is made up of the 7 rounds as compiled by myself as quizmaster, with a variety of subjects. None of it too highbrow nor too difficult. I aim it to be fun as much as I can.

Teams are of mixed sizes, ranging from 2 to 6 -- and all enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of The Lord Combermere and our hosts, Allan and Jo Brown.

Light refreshments will be served on the house at about halfway .

Timing – We kick off at 9pm and aim to close by 10.30.

Cost is just £1 a head and there is a prize of a bottle of wine or drinks at the Bar for each round.
All are welcome to what I have been carrying out for the past 25 years or more .

A lovely community event in a superb setting.
