The Lord Combermere has made it into the latest CAMRA Good Beer Guide.

In 1972, CAMRA (The Campaign For Real Ale) produced the first ever detailed directory of real-ale pubs in Britain. 42 editions later and The Good Beer Guide is the UK's best selling beer and pub guide with tens of thousands of copies sold each year, a highly acclaimed smartphone app and an e-book edition.

We are delighted to announce that The Lord Combermere has been chosen for inclusion in the 42nd edition of The Good Beer Guide.....for the second time running!

Out of over 50,000 pubs in Britain, only 4,500 of the finest outlets for real ale have been chosen for inclusion in The Good Beer Guide 2015. Pubs in The Good Beer Guide are chosen by local CAMRA members and often as a result of recommendations from users of the guide.

Jo, myself and The Lord C Team are incredibly proud of this achievement as it speaks volumes for the quality of our real ales and the service delivered by the team.

The Good Beer Guide also includes a unique Breweries section which lists every brewery producing real ale in Britain. This year, well over 1,200 breweries of all shapes and sizes are featured in the Guide, all with a list of the core beers they produce.....a must have for all real ale connoisseurs.

As one of Europe's largest consumer organisations, with over 160,000 members, CAMRA continues to campaign in support of pubs and pub-goers at the highest levels of government. For further details regarding CAMRA please check out their website, www.camra.org.uk or contact them on camra@camra.org.uk.

Copies of the 42nd edition of The Good Beer Guide will be available to purchase from The Lord Combermere in the very near future. Please contact Allan or Jo to reserve your copy on 01270 812277 or via email, info@thelordcombermere.co.uk or via Facebook...The Lord Combermere.
