Local musicians on national radio

Popular local musician, Jim Kirkpatrick, best known in Audlem with the band Heavy Weather, has also been busy with another group FM – as reported on Audlem Online on 30th March. FM also features Audlem resident Steve Overland.

FM released their new album on Monday 29th March via Riff City Records in the UK. Jim Kirkpatrick now reports: "Some good news on the FM front. The forthcoming single 'Hollow' to be released on May 17th via download is being played quite heavily on Radio 2 at the minute.

"Chris Evans, Ken Bruce, Steve Wright and Alex Lester have been spinning it quite a bit so listen out for it and download it via iTunes on May 17th! I'm also extra happy 'cause I co-wrote the tune!

"We're doing a UK tour also. The dates can be found at www.fmofficial.com"
