Celia Bloor has alerted AudlemOnline to a family history published at which may be of interest locally, particularly anyone who remembers Annie Dutton:

The photos are from that blog which covers the family's time locally in Acton, Audlem, Hankelow and Coxbank. Annie Shuker was born in 1889 and died in 1979.

There's a number of sections to work through if you are interested, largely the later May Mitchell chapters and the Annie Shuker chapters. Annie Shuker became Annie Dutton after marrying a carpenter and joiner, Jack Dutton, who lived in Audlem.

As you would guess from the photos, the blog covers the later nineteenth and early twentieth centuries and it's a fascinating insight into how different lives were just a hundred or so years ago. There are many more photos on the family history website which can be found by clicking here.

The last photo shown here (bottom right) is from a later period when Annie Dutton and her sisters were involved in Day Trips from Audlem and Hankelow with local Fellowship groups.
