The popular BBC TV cooks Dave Myers and Simon King, aka The Hairy Bikers, visit the Hattherton cheese-making factory of Joseph Heler tonight at 5.15pm.

Their visit is part of a programme that focuses on Cheshire as part of a series The Hairy Bikers' Food Tour of Britain.

The bikers arrive at Heler's on their trademark two wheels and then visit the farm to meet the award-winning cattle herd, including champion cow Clarissa, and see the high standards of cattle treatment, even trying out the mattresses that the cows sleep on.

Joseph Heler Ltd is now the largest independent cheese company in the UK producing 15,000 tonnes of cheese each year.
