I am aware that Cheshire East Council are scheduled to make an announcement next week in regard to the award contracts for subsidised local bus services.
You will recall that the council removed settlements surrounding the village, such as, Buerton and Burleydam in favour of support of a service covering Leighton Hospital-Nantwich-Audlem.
I expect a formal announcement as to the outcome by Wednesday of what is a Borough Wide reprocurement.
